I don't even know where to begin! I met a woman at a casino on a business trip, I live on thr eastcoast. We'll, im a romantic, so I'll send her a gift, flowers, not wanting to be pushy, "I'm sending you something for being so sweet, but you'll have to pick it up" being a busy mom she couldn't fit it in, the 60 mile drive lol (my bad here but different story lol). So problem, right? Well Naomi at the shop blew my mind, said she'd deliver it, like seriously, awesome! She did as she said and was so professional understanding the situation and the reasoning why I didn't have or want her address. Just next level customer service! Prompt efficient service. They called me to explain they didn't have the flowers to do what I asked and what they sent was even better than what I had ordered.
