I can't say enough good things about the fantastic experience with this flower shop. I live out of state and needed to send flowers to a friend who was in the hospital. After placing the order, I found out my friend was being released early. I called the shop, a bit stressed, to see if they could redirect the delivery to their house, even though it was out of their normal delivery area. To my great surprise and relief, the manager, Naomi, told me it was no problem at all and actually delivered the flowers herself, free of charge. This level of service is rare and truly exceptional.
