Awesome! This was my first time ordering from La Paloma Flowers but it won't be my last. The entire experience was nothing but 5-Stars! What really made them stand out for me was their communication and excellent customer service. Naomi even reached out to me via text to provide me with personalized service. I was updated via e-mail and/or text along the way. And the recipient of the flowers loved them and said that they were beautiful. So thrilled. Sent these as a birthday gesture to a family member in Phoenix and was thrilled to get text updates from Naomi when they received my order, confirmed my special request, and on delivery day. The recipient wasn’t home on Naomi’s first attempt to deliver, but Naomi tried again without issue. My family was thrilled with the enormous, gorgeous bouquet (which had plenty of yellow, per my special request!).
